Refund Policy

This page explains when and how refunds work for the $249 Full Audit Review. The free checker has no payment attached, so no refund policy applies to it.

Full refund before analysis starts

You can cancel for a full refund of your $249 payment, no questions asked, at any time before we begin reviewing your documents. Once we email you to confirm your review is underway, this window closes.

Full refund if we find nothing worth disputing

If our review concludes that your classifications and audit charges look correct — no misclassification or billing error worth disputing — we refund the full $249automatically. You'll still receive our written review confirming your audit looks clean. You only pay when we find something you can act on.

Late delivery

We deliver your review within 3 business days of receiving complete documents. If we miss that and you no longer want the review, you can request a full refund.

What's non-refundable

Once your dispute packet with findings has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable — at that point the service has been performed in full. Note that we cannot and do not guarantee any outcome of a dispute with your insurer; the fee pays for the analysis and documentation, not for a result.

How to request a refund

Email guillermollopis@protforge.com with your order or payment details within 30 days of purchase and we'll process eligible refunds to your original payment method within 5 business days.
