ClassCheck doesn't support Delaware yet

Delaware is an independent-bureau state (DCRB) with its own class codes and rating rules, not NCCI's.

In plain English: Delawareruns its own rating bureau instead of using NCCI, so class codes, code definitions, and rates are set by that bureau — not NCCI. Our class-code lookups and misclassification rules are built on NCCI's Scopes Manual, which doesn't line up cleanly with Delaware's system, so running our checker against a Delaware audit would give you unreliable results.
